Packaging & Delivery

Surface Anti-Rust Treatment

Since spring steel is highly susceptible to oxidation, all products undergo a dewatering anti-rust oil immersion process before dispatch to ensure long-term protection during maritime transit.


Sorting & Inner Packaging

For small to medium sizes (M2–M12), we provide premium EternalFast blue-and-white branded boxes (standard 1,000 pcs/box) for easy inventory management and retail display.


Logistics & Weight Optimization

As spring washers are lightweight components, we recommend shipping them as "filler cargo" alongside heavy hex bolts and nuts. This helps optimize the container's weight-to-volume ratio and significantly reduces overall freight costs per unit.


Quality & Certificates

Elasticity Recovery Test

We perform random sampling for the "Triple Compression Test." Each washer is pressed flat three times; the permanent set is measured to ensure the free height recovery rate is no less than 90% of the original standard.


Hydrogen Embrittlement Mitigation

To prevent catastrophic brittle failure in electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) spring washers, we strictly implement a de-embrittlement baking process (200°C for 8 hours) within 4 hours of the plating completion.

Documentary Support

Every shipment is accompanied by a Material Test Report (MTC) 3.1, detailing the chemical composition (65Mn/AISI 1065) and hardness test results (420–510 HV).
